1 ½ avocados

½ small bunch cilantro

2 ¼ cups cottage cheese

3 cloves garlic

3 limes

170 g tortilla chips

Instructions

This recipe will make about 3 cups of crema. Work in batches to best fit your blender or food processor.

Wash and dry the fresh produce.

Juice limes into a blender.

Peel garlic. Add to the blender along with cottage cheese, salsa, and spices. Blend the mixture on high for several minutes until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Add water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, if needed, to reach a saucy consistency. Set aside.

Halve and pit avocados; using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and small dice.

Shave cilantro leaves off the stems; discard stems and roughly chop the leaves.

To serve, divide chips between plates, arranging them in a single layer. Top with cottage cheese crema, avocado, and cilantro. Enjoy!
