3 Gala apples

12 small flour tortillas

Instructions

Wash, dry, quarter, and core apples; thinly slice. Set aside.

Coarsely grate cheese.

Arrange tortillas on a flat surface. Arrange apple slices and cheese on one half, then fold in half to close.

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the skillet is hot, add butter and swirl to coat the bottom. Working in batches, place assembled quesadillas in the skillet and cook, flipping once, until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden on both sides, 2-3 minutes. Remove to a plate.

To serve, divide quesadillas between plates. Enjoy!
